					<description>There are a lot of 'nice' things about this company, but I have to admit that I don't see how a search engine can be worth the billions of dollars they are projecting.

These guys (owner/founder) seem to be &quot;neo-tycoons.&quot;   They are clutching the control of their company like a former oil baron by issuing two classes of stock, one that holds a voting advantage (held by the founders) over traditional common stock held by the public.  But on the other hand they provide fun perks to their employees that sound like the dot-com bubble days of old.  

So which one will win out?  I won't be participating in the Dutch auction; but I'll be watching.
